The building is situated between 9 and 7 Avenues. One of the distinguishing features of the complex is using brick, and it was one of the contest requirements for choosing the architects of the project. Metallic parts and cables are used in the façade to support brick as a texture. This solution permits to achieve different patterns and gives opportunity to use several kinds of natural lighting according to the needs. The natural lighting promotes patients healing. There are 12 floors in the building, the ground floor is connected with a big hall with existing buildings. On the 7th floor there is an auditorium and a lounge. There is a solarium on the 9th floor and inpatient area starts from here.
